Gift Card Terms and Conditions – Underwater Test

• The date of the underwater test must be previously agreed with the diving center ATIS Diving Club , by contacting the secretariat at the email address info@atisdiving.it to set the day and time based on the instructors' availability and weather conditions.
• The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and is non-refundable. In case of inclement weather or inability to attend, the date may be changed with advance notice.
• The participant must have with Bring your own swimsuit and towel ; all diving equipment will be provided by our center.
• It is required to inform the instructor before the activity in case of particular pathologies, taking medications or any physical limitations.
• The activity can only be carried out if the participant is in good health and suitable for non-competitive sports.
• The experience is reserved for participants aged 10 and over . For minors under 14 years old it is necessary presence of a parent , while for the over 14 is required written consent of a parent or guardian.
• There Gift Card is freely transferable to third parties as a gift, but it is not convertible into cash And cannot be refunded in case of non-use within the deadline.

During the activity it will be possible to create souvenir photo or video by the ATIS Diving Club staff, with the participant's consent.
